Tasha Willing, Bodyworker

Tasha is currently studying at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and has been providing treatment through their internship program at The Mend. With a background in Biological Sciences and a long history of competitive sports, she is a strong believer in a holistic approach to injury rehab and prevention. She employs multiple massage techniques to address postural imbalances, injuries, and manage stress.

Whether you just want to relax or have specific areas of concern – Tasha enjoys using assessment, treatment, and homecare to formulate a plan that is tailored to you and your life. Client education and autonomy is important to her as you work together to feel your best!

Outside of clinic, Tasha is a national-level Olympic weightlifter and former NCAA track and field athlete. So you know she’ll never ask you to do a rehab exercise that she hasn’t also endured. Her passion for overall health and happiness is essential in both her personal and professional endeavors.
