Sophia Nicole Jose, RMT
Sophia Nicole Jose pursued the massage therapy program for two years. She strives to positively impact the lives of others by promoting health and wellness through her knowledge and experience from the program.
Whether you're seeking relief from muscle tension, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to unwind and rejuvenate, she is ready to listen to your unique concerns. By incorporating an array of massage modalities and techniques that include, but are not limited to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and pressure release, she is prepared to offer an individualized treatment plan to cater to your needs.
Nicole actively listens to clients' health goals and concerns and is committed to guiding you on your journey to improved health and a balanced life.
When she isn't dedicating her time to helping others, she enjoys swimming and volleyball which further contributes to her outgoing personality.
